Church of the Holy Spirit

Overview
The Church of the Holy Spirit, built to its completion in 1871, serves as a reminder of Kenyon's history. A website dedicated to Kenyon history writes, "its walls are stained with age and its fabrics worn with use, and the racks in the pews cluttered with the worship books of two different communions and the detritus left by multiple worship services and many weddings. But nevertheless-- and not so much despite but because of these very things-- it is suffused with light and with history, and will still strike you as a place where prayer has been, and yet remains, valid."
