O Zoológico Municipal de Mogi Mirim possui 302 animais, sendo 64 espécies diferentes, a maior parte da fauna brasileira.
Dentre as espécies mantidas, algumas estão ameaçadas de extinção, como o lobo-guará (Chrysocyon brachyurus) e a jaguatirica (Leopardus pardalis), entre outros.
Dos 302 animais, 184 são aves, 84 são répteis e 33 são mamíferos.
Instalado no Horto Florestal, defronte para a rua 7 de Setembro, no bairro do Aterrado, o Zoológico Municipal possui diversas espécies da fauna e flora brasileiras e abriga também importante projeto de educação ambiental.
