Hillside Square is a commercial development based in the Christian Science church which houses a small sanctuary, commercial office space, an electric car charging station and entrepreneurial enterprises. It is a welcome addition to the town and helps to diverse the tax base.
Formerly the home of the First Church of Christ Scientist, Hillside Square has been completely renovated while retaining the church's original architectural details dating back to 1926. The building is pending LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council offering businesses the opportunity to work in an environmentally efficient environment. Suite sizes vary from 700 up to 10,000 square feet and are designed and built to your individual needs.
The renovation of Hillside Square is designed and built using the strategies set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) through their LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification program.
