Overview
ABC Kitchen, a collaboration between Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez, is located in
the Flatiron District. It offers an ever-changing organic menu of New American and French regional
dishes made with locally grown produce and cruelty-free livestock. ABC Kitchen goes further to support
the community; offering fair trade drinks and curating their interior with handmade dinnerware, vintage
flatware, and industrial installation, each consciously sourced. This restaurant is a perfect twist of
contemporary and traditional culinary practices.
