The market is open on Sundasy, year-round. The No-Frills Market opens on Sunday November 13, and will continue through May 7 (Sunday before Mother's Day). Although many of the "frills" you're accustomed to seeing during the regular market season (music, chef demonstrations, be-fit tents and demonstrations, tables and chairs) won't be there, many of the long-time vendors will be participating, as well as many new ones.
