This is a small locally owned restaurant with friendly employees. It is located in the Centro Historico of Paraty. Porto da Pinga provides music daily, from Bossa Nova to modern day music. The setting is very relaxed. Entrées include a variety of steak and fish dishes priced at around R$25. Porto da Pinga also has an excellent bar.
Sustainable Features
This location uses water from the cascadas and is energy efficient. They recycle paper and cans, as well as give money to food organizations and to the indigenous village. Although not all of their emploees are form Paraty, they are from within Brazil.
