Locally owned and operated Absolute Payroll offers the convenience of a Florida payroll service, workers' compensation insurance policies, general liability coverage, group health plans, commercial auto and more under one roof. It has focused its efforts on reducing the environmental impacts resulting from their traditional paper-oriented payroll services. The company e-mails reports and check stubs to clients, which not only reduces paper usage, but also the air quality impacts caused by using traditional delivery methods.

In 2009, Absolute Payroll became a member of Sarasota County's Green Business Partnership. The Green Business Partnership (GBP) encourages environmental stewardship in the commercial sector, and recognizes businesses that make an extra effort to operate in an environmentally responsible manner. This collaborative effort includes businesses, business organizations and local governments. The GBP was initiated through a grant awarded by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection to Sarasota County.
