Bikeability Wales

Overview
BikeAbility Wales started in 2004 when Laura Bolton, a young woman working for Sustrans, a charity promoting positive journey choices, realised that there was no cycling provision for people with disabilities in South West Wales.
BikeAbility Wales is a charity that provides cycling opportunities to people of all ages and levels of ability at our base in Dunvant. They have a large variety of specialist cycles each specifically designed to allow people to experience the freedom and empowerment of physical activity in a safe and sociable environment. They have two open-air cycle tracks, where people can practice their cycling skills in a quiet, traffic free environment, with direct access to the Clyne Valley Cycle track.
They are dedicated to all cycling related activities and attend disability sports and cycling events, in addition to providing their own fun days.
BikeAbility Wales relies on the support of their highly valued volunteers, who help in many areas of the running of the charity.
