개요
The 9th Street/Manchester bridge is a highway and pedestrian bridge extending downtown from 9th Street across the James River to the Manchester district. A pedestrian walkway is accessible at the center of the bridge, providing stairway access under the roadway at the south entrance and traffic signals for pedestrians to cross traffic at the north entrance.
