The Gorge Trail
Overview
This is a short 2 mile paved trail that goes through the heart of the Whitewater Valley River Gorge that divides Richmond's East and West sides.
Common Uses:
- Running
- Jogging
- Walking
- Roller skating
The trail begins in a small park on the South side of the city and ends at the site of the world famous Starr-Gennett Recording studio building. The trail features one bridge and two stairs cases out of the trail that exit onto the Main Street bridge and near the South end of the Richmond high school.
