Walking and biking lanes have been created to allow a 1.3 mile circuit around the lake. A disc golf course opened in September 2011.

Lake Montebello is great because you can do exercise and you can watch the lake. It’s fun to watch ducks in the poind. It’s great to see seagulls fly in the air. Lake Montebello is good for your body sometimes.

early mornings are great in the summer,,,,,,lots of walking room,,,few bikes...u get to know the regulars,,,you see the faces , but may not know the names,,but you know they belong,, a big hats off to the clean up crew and those guys and a gal cutting that grass,,,they do an AWSOME JOB
