This four-story, four-family building is located in South Park Slope. The building's exterior is a sleek, modern, black, glossy, brick facade with triple, glazed windows that harness plenty of natural light. All wood and stone work is recycled, reclaimed or responsibly sourced to have a low impact with high style. Second through fourth floor residents can admire the tree-lined streets capes from balconies and rooftop gardens, while first floor occupants have privileged access to a private rear garden. It is the first condominium in Brooklyn to be Platinum certified and New York’s first residential low-rise to have such an esteemed designation. The Silhouette also earned the Energy Star certification and was certified by the Forest Stewardship Council for its reclaimed white oak flooring and sustainably-forested cabinetry.
