Adaptive reuse of a former Catholic Church in the city of Cleveland, Josaphat Arts Hall/Convivium 33 Gallery uses "the nave, which temporarily is granted the gift of housing the art, will be available to entertain the community for special and private events. The word community in this case means much more than the neighbors that surround the property. 'Community' may represent the arts community, the non-profit community, the business community and a private and intimate gathering."
In addition, the former rectory of the church has been converted into studio apartments.
