Film Biz Prop Shop!

Film Biz Recycling is a not-for-profit organization whose aim is to assist the film industry in addressing the triple bottom line: profit, people, and planet.

Film Biz Pro Shop says: We are donation based. We take donations from film/TV/theatre sets and sell them at our Film Biz Prop Shop. We also give 60% of our items to local charities.

We strive to educate. We want to educate the film/TV/theatre industries so that they have the skills, knowledge, and resources to help them overcome the challenges of controlling environmental impact and propagating its message.

We are committed to keeping as many items as possible out of landfills. Our philosophy is that reuse is even better than recycling, and we promote that through the prop shop and charity donations.

We want to create connections. We seek to connect the industry with other industries, communities and planet via collaboration, lateral thinking and volunteerism.

The vision of Film Biz Recycling is an entertainment industry that takes full responsibility and action for its environmental impact and benefits society as a by-product of its activities.
