A multi-tenant office and laboratory facility that houses the Virginia BioTechnology Center and BioTech One, both of which are part of the Virginia BioTechnology Research Park. The Virginia BioTechnology Center has a number of unique tenants, such as Obetech, LLC, which provides research resources and laboratory tests to the scientific community, industry, federal agencies, and the public for viruses that produce obesity. BioTech One also has a wide variety of tenants, such as Molecules for Health, Inc., which focuses on the research and development of antioxidant drugs for treating AIDS, cancer, and other diseases.
