Upper Bidwell Park
Overview
Upper Bidwell Park is famous for being the third largest municipal park in California, but its size is only one of its wonders. Dozens of miles of hiking, biking and horseback riding trails are etched into dramatic lava flows and wildflower-strewn rolling hills. A refreshing river, duck pond, golf course, shooting range and observatory round out this local treasure.

Upper Park Road at Wildwood Avenue 5:30 A.M. - 9 P.M. daily
Upper Park Road at Horseshoe Lake 7:30 A.M. - 7 P.M. Tuesday through Saturday
