阿猴城門
Übersicht
阿猴城門位於屏東市中山公園網球場側。屏東市舊稱阿猴，原為平埔族阿猴社活動區域，因在高雄半屏山之東，日據時期改名為屏東。康熙二十三年（1684年），福建海澄縣民來此墾荒，清廷乃設下淡水巡檢分署於此。道光十六年（1836年），為防番匪及械鬥，官民共築城壘以資守望，由下淡水分縣沈長棻監造，即為阿猴城門之由來。
