位於龜山、鶯歌、樹林三鄉鎮的交界處，有車道可達。另有步道可通鶯歌石、石灰坑山、福源山步道，由數株榕樹糾結並生而成，樹冠直徑超過30公尺，樹齡估計超過百年，頗有氣勢。旁有鶯歌鎮設置的觀景台，具有約270度的極佳視野，可見桃園台地、三峽、土城，台北101大樓、新光大樓等。
