Jed Mignano, Chief Humane Investigator from the Cleveland Animal Protective League will give a presentation about what is considered animal abuse, and when and how you should report it. He will bring us up to date on the laws in Ohio that regulate treatment of companion animals, and the policies in place in our cities. Following the presentation, Mr. Mignano will answer questions from the audience.
