As a green business partner Brilliant Harvest is doing their part to make a positive impact on the environment by implementing numerous companywide programs related to conservation. In the office, two-sided printing and copying is a standard practice and the backs of printed sheets are used as notepads. Recycling and reuse initiatives include collecting cardboard, metal, aluminum and copper wiring on jobsites. Employees even repurpose shipping pallets for furniture and home projects. Being in the solar business, employees at Brilliant Harvest understand the importance of energy conservation. Lights are turned off in unused rooms, LED lighting is used throughout the office, an automatically controlled thermostat is used for the HVAC system, and owner Bill even drives a Chevy Volt.
